While most Americans know Aflac, conversion rates have underperformed for a decade. 
Conversions happen during open enrollment, the short window when people can add Aflac through their employer. It occurs for most during late fall.

In addition to open enrollment, college football occurs during the fall and is a huge draw for our target.
